SVSC Dance Weekend leaves many happy memories!

From across North America ice dancers gathered in Glenview/Wilmette/etc. to enjoy dancing on and off the ice with both old and new friends. Skating on Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning was at the Glenview Ice Center. Saturday night's dinner-dance was held at the Westmoreland Country Club, and Sunday's farewell brunch took place at the rink on Sunday.

Club Pres. Elaine Paque writes: "Three cheers to Lois Todd and Rich Rossman for hosting on an outstanding SVSC Dance Weekend! Everyone had an excellent time. I also want to thank our volunteers who worked hard so the rest of us could have so much fun. The food and hospitality was amazing thanks to Florence Krieger, Erin Krentz, Hazel Wehrli, Denise Jirout, Liz McShane-Beberdick, Carol Dietrich, Angie Sopranos, Sharyn Weiss, Cris Johnson, Linda Kawano and Lara Kuechel. A round of applause for our music man, Rod Hill. Chuck Valauskas, great job handling the registration desk. And thanks to Kim Turner for an exciting dance seminar."
